Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A/B) for regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Secure cargo properly using industry-standard techniques
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with HOS requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT preferred)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed
