Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans to transport goods and materials to designated delivery points within the San Antonio area.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Follow established delivery routes and time schedules to ensure timely service.
- Inspect vehicle before and after shifts, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse staff during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- Current, clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Physically capable of lifting boxes and maneuvering cargo up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and delivery manifests accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if necessary.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
