Responsibilities
- Operate school bus safely and strictly adhere to all traffic laws and school district policies.
- Pick up and drop off students at designated stops in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bus interior throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading students in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with School Bus endorsement (Class B or higher).
- Clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and afternoons.
