Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses efficiently and safely.
- Verify recipient signatures and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues on-site.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure proper handling of packages to prevent damage or loss.
- Update GPS tracking and communicate delays promptly if necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record (MVR check will be conducted).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and apps.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Available for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
