Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using GPS navigation
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist riders with luggage/strollers
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to Phoenix traffic regulations
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and complete trip documentation
- Optimize routes to maximize earnings during peak hours
- Participate in driver safety and service quality programs
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Proof of auto insurance meeting Arizona state requirements
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area geography
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
