Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation services to riders throughout Miami-Dade County
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete all trips through the digital platform while maintaining a 95%+ acceptance rate
- Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, company policies, and rideshare platform guidelines
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and accidents promptly through designated channels
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve rider concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age with valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance meeting rideshare platform requirements
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in good condition
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to use rideshare applications
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Miami geography and traffic patterns
