Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with proper insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist riders with luggage/strollers
- Follow all Atlanta traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Complete trip documentation and vehicle maintenance checks
- Optimize earnings by accepting peak-time ride requests
- Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Proof of personal auto insurance (commercial coverage preferred)
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capabilities
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic English proficiency and friendly communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must own or have reliable access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
