Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in the Tucson area in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all items are handled with care, remaining intact upon delivery.
- Collect payments and obtain necessary signatures from recipients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update delivery status in the company management system in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving) in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van) with valid registration and insurance.
- Current cell phone with reliable data coverage for navigation and dispatch updates.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and accessing dispatch apps.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance.
