Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely transport packages to designated addresses within Baltimore and surrounding counties.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon completion.
- Practice excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor during interactions.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS applications.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle suitable for courier work.
- Must be a local resident of Baltimore, MD.
