Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Fresno metropolitan routes
- Load/unload packages with proper lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and route updates to dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Physical stamina for loading/unloading duties
- Reliable transportation to depot (Fresno Central)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery experience a plus
