Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites and industrial zones
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip safety verifications
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Secure and unload construction materials (gravel, asphalt, debris) using hydraulic controls
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and clients
- Report maintenance issues and assist with basic preventive care
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Current DOT medical certification and ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills with knowledge of Arizona road systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
