Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and debris across job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all transportation activities
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, local traffic laws, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors and logistics teams for efficient route planning and timeliness
- Secure loads properly and maintain clean truck interiors between assignments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
