Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport and unloading at job sites
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and scheduling
- Perform light equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
- Manage documentation for deliveries and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro area and surrounding regions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
