Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip/post-trip documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route compliance
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Fresno County roadways and regulations
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
