Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and waste
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure proper loading/unloading procedures to prevent damage
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
