Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across San Jose and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries using provided GPS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of San Jose area streets and traffic patterns
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
