Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to Manhattan locations within specified time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to NYC traffic regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with warehouse sorting and inventory management as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of Manhattan boroughs and major landmarks
- Pass background check and drug screening
