Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile appProvide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

- Strong time management and route optimization skills
