Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to Seattle addresses within designated time windows
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle customer inquiries
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption
- Verify order accuracy and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Complete daily delivery logs and administrative tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/uneven terrain
- Strong knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and route navigation
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Background check and drug screening required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.)
