Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to Amazon customers on time
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at Amazon fulfillment facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency using mobile technology (GPS, scanning devices)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
