Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Houston
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure optimal vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload packages with precision, securing cargo for transit
- Communicate delivery status updates via GPS tracking and mobile apps
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery issues proactively with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year driving experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Houston area
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 21+ years old
