- Transport packages and food orders safely and efficiently across Charlotte metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team and customers
- Manage cash transactions and payment processing for COD orders
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
