Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to designated addresses in the Boston metro area.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle questions or concerns.
- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and order management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
