Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, food, and medical supplies across Fort Worth using company vehicles
- Maintain precise delivery schedules with real-time GPS tracking optimization
- Verify order accuracy and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Resolve delivery discrepancies using our proprietary mobile app
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes for traffic/weather conditions
- Uphold company standards for customer interaction and brand representation
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate multi-story buildings
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery platforms
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-covered)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside assistance situations
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
