Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes across the continental US
- Maintain precise delivery schedules while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Safely load/unload cargo using proper equipment and securing techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Document all delivery paperwork and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for overnight travel and variable schedules
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor on-road repairs
