Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated OTR routes across the continental U.S.
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs.
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time service.
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years).
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred.
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and basic navigation technology.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Must be U.S. citizen or authorized to work permanently.
