Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight across designated regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance records
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load planning
- Secure cargo according to industry standards
- Communicate delivery status and delays proactively
- Represent MileHigh with professional conduct at all customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer steps
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with ELD systems and basic navigation apps
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of mountain driving protocols preferred
- Ability to pass background check and TSA clearance
