Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes across the Southwest region
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, including HOS compliance and pre/post-trip inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management and on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Perform minor preventative maintenance and report vehicle issues promptly
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using ELD systems and GPS navigation
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
