Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain meticulous trip logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for on-time delivery coordination
- Represent the company professionally with clients at delivery points
- Adhere to strict HOS regulations and safety protocols
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience in dedicated lanes
- Ability to pass rigorous background/drug screening
- Proficient in ELD systems and electronic logging
- Strong knowledge of DC/MD/VA corridor regulations
- Physical ability to secure loads and perform inspections
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
