Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on dedicated routes with 95%+ on-time delivery rate
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs (eDOT compliant)
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient load planning and route optimization
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with dedicated customer partners
- Communicate proactively regarding delivery status and potential delays
- Maintain clean driving record and CDL documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer steps
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnight trips
- Team player with excellent communication skills
