Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to various destinations within Louisville and surrounding areas.
- Utilize handheld scanners and mobile apps to track deliveries and update status in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages professionally and handling any special instructions.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collect payments or process proof of delivery when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
