Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure everything is in order.
- Update delivery status using mobile applications and handheld scanners.
- Manage paperwork, receipts, and billing documents accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
