Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-signature documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups/dropoffs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery/courier experience preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle (commercial vehicles provided)
