Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks for long-haul and regional routes
- Ensure timely delivery of freight across Michigan and surrounding states
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Secure cargo properly for safe transport
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Michigan road networks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
