Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for regional freight deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to commercial clients
- Uphold strict safety and compliance standards
- Build strong relationships with warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- DOT medical certification current
- Reliable personal box truck (24-26ft)
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro routes
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable communication
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
