Responsibilities
- Transport freight safely and on time using your owned box truck
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load/unload assistance when required
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch regarding shipment status
- Manage route planning and delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proof of truck ownership and commercial insurance
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and logistics software
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
