- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries throughout Raleigh metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch team
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage inventory verification and customer service interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or heavy vehicle experience
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance and DOT medical card
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh-area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
