Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the Horizon 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the integration of next-gen AI models into core operational workflows.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and high availability across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for future-proof development.
- Monitor emerging technologies and assess their viability for immediate integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience with AI/ML infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and zero-trust architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and technical uncertainty.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
