Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals to and from medical facilities.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for the vehicle and equipment.
- Verify and document the chain of custody for all sensitive medical materials.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Utilize handheld GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles before and after routes to ensure roadworthiness.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Experience with GPS navigation apps is preferred.
- Reliable cell phone with data access.
