Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of parcels to residential and commercial customers within a defined local area.
- Practice defensive driving habits and adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and handling complaints with grace.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Accurately manage digital logs, delivery receipts, and inventory documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo to ensure weight distribution is safe and correct.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major accidents in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing between 50 and 70 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable smartphone capable of using navigation apps (Google Maps/OnDot).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
