Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students on daily routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Implement emergency evacuation procedures
- Maintain student discipline per district policies
- Communicate effectively with parents/administrators
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws
- Complete incident reporting documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Class B CDL with Passenger/School Bus endorsements
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and DOT physical
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather
- Child safety training certification preferred
