Responsibilities
- Safely and securely transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceutical products to and from medical facilities.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive patient data.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, including the bio-hazard containment unit.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery, keeping customers and medical staff updated on status via our mobile app.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Handle package handling with extreme care to prevent damage or contamination.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations within the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (sedans, SUVs, or vans).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific routing instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications for tracking.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
