Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood samples, and pharmaceuticals to designated medical facilities.
- Adhere to strict "no-contact" protocols for medical deliveries and maintain appropriate PPE usage.
- Complete accurate delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports at the start and end of each shift.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict time windows and delivery deadlines.
- Interact professionally with hospital staff, patients, and medical personnel.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and keep the delivery vehicle clean and sanitized.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and fingerprinting.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with GPS navigation and mobile delivery apps is a plus.
