Responsibilities
- Safely deliver high-value packages and medical supplies within Laredo metro area
- Maintain 99.8% on-time delivery rate using optimized route planning
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and document maintenance needs
- Utilize our proprietary app for real-time tracking and customer communication
- Represent SwiftMove with professional appearance and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Participate in monthly safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs regularly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery platforms
- Strong time-management skills with attention to detail
- Spanish fluency preferred (80% Laredo population)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot location
