Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris across NYC sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and NYC traffic protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize delivery schedules and efficiency
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Document delivery receipts and report any operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and construction site navigation
- DOT medical certification and ability to pass background check
