Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks (belly dumps, end dumps) on construction sites and public roads
- Transport construction materials (asphalt, gravel, soil) to project locationsConduct daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain clean equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- DOT medical certification current
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of local routes and construction zones
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work early mornings and overtime as needed
