Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment at construction sites, quarries, and industrial facilities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip/post-trip documentation
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatchers and site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist in minor equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable dump truck experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro area and surrounding counties
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and occasional overtime
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
