Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Maintain meticulous trip logs, vehicle inspections, and compliance documentation
- Deliver time-sensitive freight to major distribution centers throughout Northern California
- Implement advanced safety protocols and defensive driving techniques
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency and delivery timelines
- Represent Elite Transport with professionalism during client interactions
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time route monitoring and performance reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated routes
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and fleet management systems
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and California highway systems
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
