Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage efficient delivery schedules while maintaining on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Document all transportation paperwork and compliance records
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility for overnight travel and irregular hours
