Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes between Buffalo, NY and major Northeast markets
- Maintain strict adherence to FMCSA regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections with detailed documentation
- Load/unload freight efficiently with no-touch operations and proper securement techniques
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time tracking and proactive route optimization
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and transportation management systems
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hazmat certification preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills for independent operations
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
